Z-Phi-B Phit & Phine Challenge
BACKGROUND:
Fitness and health go hand-in-hand. Most Americans fail to get enough exercise to receive any health benefits. As a result, fitness programs are one of the main features of most successful wellness programs. Fitness competitions and fitness challenges are one way to improve the level of fitness within an organization. Part of getting in shape means changing how you live, from what you eat to how you schedule your time, but what many people forget is that changing everything at once can be overwhelming that we end up going back to old behaviors.
MISSION:
We decided not to focus just on weight loss, but have a broader fitness program, which encompasses the better whole of the body.
BENEFITS:
If you want to make small, daily changes (baby steps) on the road to fitness and health, this challenge is for you. This isn’t a weight loss program, although you may lose weight during the next 4 months. In fact, you will have specific instructions not to weigh yourself throughout this entire process. The reason? We want to focus on the journey, not the destination. So ladies, let’s get on the way to becoming PHIT & PHINE!!
